Csilla Gera Psychologist, Couple @ Family Therapist in Training

Psychologist, Couple & Family Therapist in Training

Understanding human relationships, couple and family dynamics, as well as intergenerational patterns has long played a central role in both my life and my professional perspective.

As a psychologist, I feel particularly connected to life situations in which relationships encounter difficulties, recurring conflicts, uncertainty, or emotional distance. In my work, I consider it essential to create a safe, accepting, and non-judgmental environment where there is space to jointly explore relational patterns, emotions, and recurring dynamics. I believe that change often begins at the point where someone truly feels heard and understood.

During my studies, I was especially drawn to interpersonal and intercultural psychological approaches, which examine the individual within their relational and social context. My thinking is guided by the principles of empathy, authenticity, and unconditional acceptance. My personal life experiences, self-reflective work, and motherhood have further deepened my belief that understanding family and relationship dynamics can often help individuals find a new sense of balance, even in challenging life situations.
